📍 The Foreign Investors Association (FIA) participated in the launch event of the Analytical Note “The Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism in the Republic of Moldova: from the formal legal framework to efficient operationalization”, organized by the European Consumer Center of the Republic of Moldova, with the support of the Soros Foundation Moldova.
🤝 The event brought together representatives of public authorities, the business environment, civil society and development partners to discuss ways to operationalize the Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism (ADR) – an important tool for strengthening trust between consumers and traders.
⚖️ FIA supports the promotion of efficient, accessible and transparent dispute resolution mechanisms, which contribute to the protection of consumer rights and the development of a predictable and fair investment climate.
