On June 17, the Foreign Investors Association (FIA) had the honor of hosting a meeting with representatives of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), who are in the Republic of Moldova in the context of the development of the OECD Investment Policy Report.
During the discussions, Ana Groza, FIA Executive Director, presented the perspective of foreign investors on the investment climate in the Republic of Moldova, addressing issues related to tax administration, the efficiency of investment incentives, the regulatory framework, mechanisms for promoting and facilitating investments, as well as the quality of the public consultation process with the business community.
🤝 The dialogue provided the opportunity to highlight both the progress achieved in recent years and the challenges that continue to influence the competitiveness and investment attractiveness of the country. At the same time, investors’ experiences regarding interaction with public authorities were discussed, as well as the measures necessary to strengthen a predictable, transparent and competitive investment environment.
