The representatives of the public authorities regulating the labor relations, the representatives of the employers’ associations and trade unions met today, in online format, to continue the discussions on the amendment of the provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova. the conditions for achieving employment relationships.
Among the topics discussed today, we list: The electronic register of the Employee, kept by the State Tax Service, the reduction of working time under certain conditions, with the possibility of subsidization by the state, etc.
