Experts from member companies participated in a training session on “The basics of personal and institutional strategic communication. Managing communication in crisis situations”, delivered by Steluța Andrei and organized by FIA, on 28 July.
Steluța Andrei is a strategic and crisis communication expert with over 19 years of expertise in the field. She builds and manages external and internal communication systems for large projects; multinationals; state institutions; private companies, NGOs; politicians and business people. She is the author of country-level communication strategies in the fields of social, health, justice, inter-ethnic relations. Steluța works as an independent expert, she is training company directors and communication specialists from all over the country and runs Black Unicorn Agency – a business intelligence company.
The session covered the following topics:
