On 26 July, HR specialists from FIA member companies participated in an interactive training👩🏫 on “Talent Management”.
Thus, during the meeting, several practical 📝 exercises were organized, being oriented towards aligning the talent development process with the business strategy.
The event was hosted by Orange Moldova and the training was delivered by Inga Tabuica, Corporate Culture Transformation Program Manager and Elena Donici, Development and Talent Management Coordinator.
