On 8 April, FIA Executive Team organized for the HR Community a Training on “Feedback”, delivered by Gheorghe Hincu, Head of Direction Digital and Customer Operations, Moldcell.
During the event, the trainer explained the importance of feedback in a company, different techniques, as well as the appropriate formulas of giving and receiving it.
