The experts of FIA member companies met on 11 November, in an informal atmosphere, to discuss the regulatory framework related to Competition Law, as well as the application of some practical aspects of it, both from a legal perspective and from the economic point of view.
The trainers, representing the legal consulting company ACI Partners, Ms. Carolina Parcalab, Legal Manager and Mr. Emil Gutu, Competition Manager, are highly experienced in this field.
Interactive presentations and discussions covered the following topics:
