FIA member company representatives attended a meeting organised by the Ministry of Finance on 22 September as part of the Working Group platform responsible for implementing the transfer pricing concept. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the provisions of the draft Order on the approval of the transfer pricing implementation rules, including the draft Regulation.
The draft Order presented comes with more details on how the transfer pricing legislation is to be implemented.
Taking into account the degree of difficulty and the innovative element of the transfer pricing concept, the meeting addressed the issues related to the deadline for its entry into force, with the possibility of extension, the initial deadline set being 1 January 2024.
The draft Regulation will be presented by the Ministry of Finance for public consultation in the coming days. Interested parties will thus be able to submit proposals and recommendations for its improvement.
