On February 9th, 2021, the Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.
According to the Agenda, the following matters were examined:
✅the Regulatory Impact Assessment and the Draft Law amending some normative acts (Law no. 94/2007 on the ecological network, Law no. 86/2014 on the environmental impact assessment, Contravention Code no. 218/2018)
✅the Regulatory Impact Assessment on the Draft Government Decision on the approval of the Sanitary Regulation on the supervision and monitoring of drinking water quality.
