On 23 September, the National Conference on Women’s Economic Empowerment: “Promoting Gender Equality in the Workplace, the Marketplace and the Community” was organized by UN Women Moldova and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
The event presented the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs): the benefits of implementation and the impact on gender equality and sustainable economic development, as well as some case studies of good practices in the implementation of these principles by local companies: Moldcell, Crunchyroll and Orange.
