On 29 November, representatives of the National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Moldova – CNPM attended a meeting convened by the Minister of Finance, Mr Dumitru Budianschi. During the meeting, the main proposals on Tax and Customs Policy for 2023 were discussed.
Thus, the following measures were tackled: the concept of transfer pricing, accelerated depreciation, increasing the value of fixed assets subject to depreciation, applying VAT with the right to deduct for water and sewerage, increasing the value of meal vouchers, etc.
