FIA Executive Director, Ana Groza, together with the Association’s experts and colleagues from the European Business Association and the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova, had a meeting with Radu Marian, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Economy, Budget and Finance, to express their conceptual concerns and present proposals to improve the draft amendment to the Competition Law No 183/2012 on 14 June. Representatives of the Competition Council and the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitization also participated in the discussions.

The participants agreed that the draft law will be improved based on input from the business community and other stakeholders, following a series of technical meetings.
