The series of meetings with stakeholders involved in the development of the implementation mechanism of Law No 299 of 3 November 2022 on the prevention of food loss and waste continue.
On 20 November, the meeting was hosted by the executive management of Linella retail chain, with over 150 stores across the country.
During the discussions, constructive proposals were put forward, as well as possibilities for cooperation with the Food Bank of Moldova were considered, with a view to preventing food waste and avoiding environmental pollution.
Among the participants in the meeting were Mariana Cusnir, MP, representatives of the Food Bank, Linella management, and FIA was represented by Cristina Tiscul.
