On 24 January, the Foreign Investors Association, represented by the Executive Director Ana Groza, participated, as a member, in the meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Agency for Public Health.
The subject of the meeting referred to the examination of the Preliminary Requests challenging the Minutes on the fact of violating the legal provisions regarding the marketing of tobacco products, submitted by an economic agent.
