FIA’s Executive Team, together with the members of the Association, participated at the Job Fair in Chisinau.
A novelty in the field of labour market will be the presentation and implementation of the concept of mobile teams, which involves the movement of specialists of the National Agency for Employment (ANOFM) to more remote rural localities to inform and promote employment services, closer to citizens, including the citizens fleeing from the war in Ukraine.
This mobile teams project is an ANOFM initiative, developed with the support of UNDP Moldova, to be piloted in four districts of the Republic of Moldova (Cimislia, Nisporeni, Dubasari and Criuleni districts) and aims at increasing the employment placement rate of the population.
