Friday 25 November, 2016
Start: Wednesday 14 September, 2016 - 14:30

The representatives of the WB Moldova Investment Climate Reform Project delegation held a meeting with FIA members.

The WB project intends to advise the Government on how to improve the legal framework for the FDI and its implementation, the main focus being on the creation of the conditions for FDI attraction, establishment, protection and retention.

The project’s final output would be a investment policy statement (for the State Chancellery and the MoE), a legal review of the tax code and investment legislation, as well as a screening of the existing barriers to FDI.

The aim of the meeting was to collect empirical information about foreign investors experience in investing and operating in Moldova ( testimonies, concerns and reform recommendations).
