A workshop on “Methods and best practices of labour force recruitment and collaboration with employers in order to provide the private sector with labour force”, organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova, in partnership with UN Women Moldova, was held with the participation of National Employment Agency (NEA) representatives from all districts of the country on 23 August.
FIA was represented by Cristina Tiscul, who briefly evoked the experience of member companies in collaborating with NEA, the challenges faced by the private sector in identifying specialists in the context of massive exodus of population and labour shortage, solutions to overcome them, as well as best practices used by foreign investors for recruitment and creating the most attractive working conditions.
