A new thematic workshop titled “Gender Equality in the Workplace”, dedicated to promoting inclusion, equal opportunities, and the development of a fair and sustainable professional environment within companies, was organized by FIA Moldova in collaboration with the Gender Equality Expert from the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.
The event brought together representatives from the private sector, public authorities, and international organizations, providing a platform for active dialogue and the exchange of best practices. Key topics discussed included:

Ensuring transparency and pay equity;

Facilitating equal access to professional development and career advancement opportunities;

Creating an inclusive, respectful, and people-centered work environment where every employee feels valued.
At the same time, the workshop offered FIA member companies the opportunity to present their internal gender-neutral strategies, showcasing concrete examples of initiatives already implemented to build a modern and responsible workplace.
FIA Moldova reaffirms its commitment to encouraging the exchange of experiences among its members and supporting corporate policies focused on social responsibility, inclusion, and alignment with European standards—thus contributing to the sustainable development of the business environment in the Republic of Moldova.
