Another interesting workshop for FIA HR Community, delivered by XY Partners team on March 23rd, who presented their latest innovative 
tool for people management and assessment – Lumos: https://lumos.expert/en/burnoutThis recently launched solution received an overwhelming response in a record short time.
Consequently to this reunion, based on the interaction with FIA experienced HR managers, XY Partners will develop their product further, with the goal of helping local businesses and enterprises create efficient HR policies, foster employee wellbeing, and increase organizational performance.
This meetings was a great opportunity to interact and collaborate 
with our HR Community and receive feedback on how this product can be enhanced, as well as discuss potential new test ideas that could be helpful for HR professionals.
