An insightful Workshop on “Conflict Management” was organized for FIA Members on 28 February.
The information was delivered in English by Dr. Monika Picker, CEO of ALETHEIA-works Austria, a Business Consultant and ICF certified Executive Coach with more than 28 years of international experience in Austria, Germany, Central Asia (Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan), South East Europe (Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia) and Republic of Moldova, former President of International Coaching Federation (ICF).
