The Foreign Investors Association of Moldova (FIA Moldova), represented by Ms. Inga Pascal, Project Manager, together with representatives of member companies responsible for human resources, participated in the workshop “Innovative Data Collection Tools for Evidence-Based Migration Policy Making”, organized under the auspices of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Moldova.
The event brought together representatives of the Government, UN partners, the business and academic communities, civil society, and the diaspora, with the aim of presenting the results of the latest analyses on migration and human mobility and discussing how data 📈 can serve as a foundation for inclusive, evidence-based policies.
FIA Moldova supports data-driven policies that contribute to human capital development, promote the attraction and retention of a skilled workforce, and facilitate the professional integration of migrants, thereby helping to reduce labor shortages and create a competitive and sustainable investment climate in the Republic of Moldova.
