The Foreign Investors Association of Moldova (FIA Moldova), represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager, together with representatives of member companies responsible for human resources, participated in the workshop “Innovative Data Collection Tools for Evidence-Based Migration Policy Making”, organized under the auspices of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Moldova.
During the workshop, recent analyses on migration and human mobility were presented, with a focus on their direct implications for the labor market in the Republic of Moldova, talent retention, and the integration of returnees from the diaspora.
FIA Moldova supports data-driven policies that foster human capital development, promote the attraction and retention of a skilled workforce, and facilitate the professional integration of migrants, thereby contributing to reducing labor shortages and to the creation of a competitive and sustainable investment climate in the Republic of Moldova.
