The National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) convened a regular session of its Dispute Resolution Council, focusing on the review of preliminary appeals submitted by two economic operators in the food retail sector.
Both operators sought the annulment of inspection findings issued by ANSA in its capacity as the competent regulatory authority. Council members thoroughly examined the submitted documentation and considered the explanations provided by representatives of the Inspectorate. The session featured in-depth technical and legal discussions aimed at clarifying the issues raised and identifying appropriate solutions in line with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
The participation of the business community in such proceedings plays a vital role in ensuring that regulatory processes are conducted in a fair, transparent, and consistent manner, thereby strengthening trust in public institutions.
