On December 10th, FIA executive director Mrs. Ana Groza, attended the first working session of the Consultative Platform of Civil Society Representatives to the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.
During the first meeting, were discussed the concept of the Platform and the mechanism of cooperation between the civil society and representatives of the Parliament as well were presented amendments to the Platform regulation.
Also, during the meeting, Mrs. Zinaida Greceanii, the President of the Parliament officially launched the activity of the Platform.
The Consultative Platform of Civil Society Representatives to the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova was established as a consultative body of the Parliament and it aims to contribute to civil society’s participatory contribution more efficient in the decision-making process, increasing its transparency, as well as encouraging civic initiatives.
