Ana Groza, Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Association (FIA), in her capacity as a member of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), participated today in a working meeting with Mr Séamus Boland, President of the EESC, held at the premises of the European Union Delegation in Chișinău.
The discussions focused on public consultation processes in the context of EU acquis transposition, the role of social dialogue, as well as key challenges and solutions to facilitate this process 🧩.
In particular, the following aspects were highlighted:
• the need for early, genuine, and inclusive public consultations 🤝
• strengthening a functional social dialogue based on trust and partnership 🏛️
• challenges related to the accelerated pace of legislative alignment ⚖️
• the importance of ensuring the quality, clarity, and practical applicability of regulations 📊
