On August 12, 2025, the Working Group under the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity held its regular meeting to review a legislative proposal with potential implications for the business environment.
The agenda focused on examining the draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, regarding the approval of the Civil Aeronautical Regulations. These regulations pertain to the establishment of the first joint project supporting the implementation of the European Air Traffic Management Master Plan and the initial exchange of trajectory information within this framework.
