Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On 20 February took place the

mMeeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity.

According to the Agenda📜, the following topics are being considered:
✅PHG for approval of the framework regulation on compliance with port-state obligations.

✅PHG for the approval of the Regulation on the procedure for technical investigation of the causes of damage and incidents in the field of industrial safety.

✅AIR to the PHG on the amendment of GD No 204/2009 on the approval of the Technical Regulation on confectionery products.

✅AIR to PHG on the approval of amendments to some HGs (HG no. 291/2014 on the approval of Quality Requirements for Rice and Rice Groats and HG no. 774/2007 on the approval of Technical Regulation “Sugar. Production and marketing”).

✅AIR to PHG for the approval of the Regulation on the modification, reporting and verification of greenhouse gas emissions from stationary installations and aviation activities.
✅PHG on the approval of the Regulation on the provision and payment of municipal and non-municipal services.

✅PHG on the amendment of GD no. 1003/2014 on the approval of regulations on energy labelling requirements for certain energy-impact products.

✅AIR to PHG on the approval of the PL for the amendment of Law No. 352/2006 on the organization and conduct of tourism activity in the Republic of Moldova.
