On 13th of March, took place a subsequent meeting of the WG on Labor Code.
The participants at the meeting addressed the topic of necessity and obligation of the employers to draft certain legal acts, including those checked by labor inspectors when carring out control visits.
Following the discussions, it was agreed to propose a new version for a numebr of articles form the labor Code, by excluding several acts from the Code and from the checklist.
It was decided to farther analize the list of legal acts checked by labor inspectors when carring out control visits, during the next meeting.
