On 17 October, the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurship met.
According to the Agenda, the following topics are being considered:
✅AIR to PHG on approval of the Regulation on certification of personnel working in the field of industrial safety.
✅AIR to PHG on the approval of the Regulation on the establishment of requirements and administrative procedures for airworthiness and environmental certification of aircraft and related products, parts and equipment, as well as certification of design and production organizations, and repealing a decision
✅AIR to PHG on the approval of the PL on cash settlements.
✅AIR to PHG on the approval of the PL on the organisation and functioning of agricultural chambers.
✅AIR to PHG on the establishment and approval for the purpose of determining tariffs, technological consumption and water losses in public water supply systems.
✅PHG on the approval of the PL for the amendment of some normative acts (facilitation of the business environment IV).
✅PHG on the amendment of some HG and the repeal of an HG (facilitation of business environment activity V).
