The meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity took place on May 21.
1. Examination of the draft Government Decision on the amendment of Government Decision No. 713/2013 approving the requirements for the production and marketing of seed of
vegetable seeds, seedlings and vegetable planting material.
2. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision for the amendment of Government Decision No. 929/2009 on the approval of quality requirements and marketing requirements for fresh fruit and vegetables.
3. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the quality and marketing requirements for fodder plant, fodder beet and sugar beet seeds.
4. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on limiting the exposure of the general population to electromagnetic fields from 0 Hz to 300 GHz.
5. Examination of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on exceptional situations in the natural gas sector and the Action Plan for exceptional situations in the natural gas sector.
6. Consideration of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on minimum safety and health requirements for workers exposed to risks arising from the action of artificial optical radiation.
