The meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity took place on April 24.
1. Examination of the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the Government Decision for the amendment of Government Decision no. 598/012 regarding the approval of the Requirements regarding the quality and placing on the market of the propagating material for ornamental plants.
2. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision on the establishment of detailed rules regarding the minimum requirements for border control points and inspection posts.
3. Examining the draft Government Decision regarding the modification of some Government decisions (concerning juices, jams and other similar products intended for human consumption).
4. Examination of the draft Government Decision for the approval of the draft law for the amendment of some normative acts (consolidation of the provisions related to the safety data sheet regulated by Law no. 277/2018 on chemical substances).
5. Examining the draft of the ANRE Board of Directors regarding the amendment of the Regulation on the Register of Participants in the Wholesale Natural Gas Market.
