Tripartite WG / Labor Code Amendments

The meeting of the Tripartite Working Group discussing on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova has traditionally brought together representatives of public authorities regulating labor relations, representatives of Employers and Trade Unions.

Thus, during the online meeting, a set of provisions were negotiated punctually, article by article, regulating the subject of granting annual leave, in particular:

✅the terms of payment of the annual leave allowance;

✅additional annual leave;

And others.

FIA was represented by the Project Manager, Ms. Cristina Tiscul.
