A new round of negotiations during the Meeting of the Tripartite Working Group on the discussions on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova was held today.
The representatives of the public authorities regulating the labor relations, the representatives of the Employers and Trade Unions met as usual, in online format, to continue the discussions on the amendment of the provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova.
Today’s discussions continued on the subject of granting the annual leave, in particular:
✅ notifying the Employees 14 days before granting the leave, according to the established Schedule;
✅division of the Holiday Schedule into parts, one of which will be at least 14 calendar days;
And others.
