On April 2nd, a new Meeting of the Tripartite Working Group on the discussions on the draft amendment to the 
 Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova
The representatives of the public authorities regulating the labor relations, the representatives of the employers’ associations and trade unions met today, in online format, to continue the discussions on the amendment of the provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova.
Particular attention has been paid to certain provisions granting the annual leave, in particular:
âś…possibility to benefit from the annual leave before the expiration of the 6 months from employment, for any category of employees, in the context of the mutual consent of the Employer and the Employee;
âś…conferring flexibility to the Annual Leave Schedule, in the event that the consensus between the Employer and the Employee makes it possible to change the leave period, other than the one initially provided;
âś…others.
