A new meeting of the Tripartite Working Group discussing on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova was held online on 21 January.
Traditionally, the reunion was attended by representatives of public authorities regulating labor relations, representatives of Employers and Trade Unions.
The first part of the meeting was dedicated to the analysis of a draft law submitted to the attention of the Working Group by Ms. Ana Oglinda, Parliamentarian, and the second part of the meeting referred to the traditional discussions on the proposals to amend the Labor Code.
