Tripartite Working Group discussing on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova met on 19 November 2021.
Traditionally, the meeting was attended by representatives of public authorities regulating labor relations, representatives of Employers and Trade Unions.
During the meeting, provisions of the Labor Code regarding the incentives for success at work (art. 203), disciplinary sanctions (art. 208) and others were discussed.
