During the meeting of the National Dispute Resolution Council, which took place on March 20, 2024, the Report on state control over entrepreneurial activity for the year 2023 was presented.
Also, according to the Agenda, progress was reported in carrying out the actions from the Action Plan regarding the reform of the state control system, a series of proposals to amend Law no. 131/2012 on state control over the activity of entrepreneur and others.
