The meeting of the National Council on the Labor Market, Labor Relations and Wage Policy of the National Commission for Consultations and Collective Bargaining took place on 10 May, during which two topics were discussed:
✅ the legislative initiative to amend the Labor Code and
✅ examination of the draft minimum wage (MMPS).
The comments of FIA members on the first topic were presented by Cristina Tîșcul, FIA Project Manager, as well as submitted in writing to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova, and on May 13, public consultations on the PL amending the Labor Code will be held in Parliament.
