The Energy Transition Agenda 2024 Conference, organized by EBA Moldova in partnership with the Secretariat of the Energy Community, taking place on March 25.
The purpose of the event focused on the energy and renewable industry, presenting the status quo, current challenges and actions taken, regional perspectives and investment opportunities.
The subjects covered ranged from the presentation of the evolution of the legal framework in the Republic of Moldova – to the identification of the needs and deficiencies related to the implementation and use of renewable resources in the Republic of Moldova, as well as the organization of tenders for the construction of large renewable energy capacities, the reduction of dependence on energy imports, the decarbonization of the economy and the creation of new jobs and the realization of the assumed commitments of the Republic of Moldova in the energy field so as to ensure an active dialogue with all the actors involved in the process.
