Technical meeting on the procedure of employee's professional evaluation

On 30 June, the meeting of the Working group for amending some provisions of the Labor Code was held.

The reunion was chaired by the President of the Parliamentary Commission for Social Protection, Health and Family, Mr. Dan Perciun, with the participation of the Employers’ representatives and the representatives of the Trade Unions.

The meeting tackled the subject of the procedure for the professional evaluation of the employee, as well as the opportunity to include the non-compete clause, in order to align with good international labor relations practices.
