On May 2, the working meeting was held regarding some proposals to amend the Labor Code.
The meeting was chaired by deputy Mariana LUCREȚEANU, and the discussions were attended by representatives of the National Confederation of Employers from the Republic of Moldova – CNPM, the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova, as well as representatives of the business environment.
In particular, the discussions focused on changing the provisions regarding the granting of annual leave from 28 calendar days, as it is at the moment, to 20 working days.
