On March 16th, 2021, the Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.
According to the Agenda, the following matters were examined:
the Regulatory Impact Assessment and the Draft Government Decision for the approval of the Framework Regulation on compliance with the obligations of the port state.
the Draft law on the prevention of food loss and waste (repeateadly).
