A new meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurship was held by correspondence on 25 May 2021.
According to the Agenda, the following subjects were listed:
✅ Examination of the Regulatory Impact Analysis on the draft Government Decision on the opening of international road traffic on the dam of the Costești-Stînca Hydrotechnical Node on the Prut River.
✅ Examination of the Regulatory Impact Analysis on the draft Methodology for calculating, approving and applying prices for natural gas supply.
✅ Examination of the Regulatory Impact Analysis on the draft Order on the approval of the Civil Aviation Regulation “Regarding the registration of radio transmitters, the completion and granting of their operating authorization. Coordination of frequencies and granting of authorization to use them”.
