A new meeting 🖥 of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurship took place on 6 April.
According to the Agenda, the following subjects were discussed:
✅Examination of the Regulatory Impact Analysis of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Minimum Requirements for Improving the Protection of the Health and Safety of Workers at Risk in Potentially Explosive Environments.
✅Examination of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the list of fresh fruits and vegetables subject to control of compliance with quality requirements for fresh fruits and vegetables and amendment of a Government Decision (repeated).
✅Examination of the draft Government Decision on the manner and conditions for granting permission to use the official or historical name of the state in the trademark, design or industrial model.
✅Examination of the draft amendment to the Regulation on the connection to electricity networks and the provision of electricity transmission and distribution services.
