On October 27th, during the WG Meeting of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity, several topics were discussed, including:
✅ The draft law amending Law no. 280/2011 on the protection of the movable national cultural heritage.
✅ The draft GD regarding the amendment of the Regulation on ensuring the observance of intellectual property rights by the customs authorities, approved by Government Decision no. 9l5 / 20l6.
✅ The draft law on the safe operation of potentially dangerous production objects and technical installations.
