Round table on labor relations: challenges and prospects by CNPM

Upon the initiative and invitation of our colleagues from the National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Moldova – CNPM – the community of experts participated in the round table on labor relations: challenges and prospects on 25 May.

During the meeting there were constructive and sometimes heated discussions on the amendments to the labor legislation, in particular on issues related to the application of the non-competition clause and the regulation of the activity of temporary employment agents.

The challenges facing employers in the field of labor relations were also addressed, with participants largely supportive of most of the topics discussed.
