The week began with a valuable training session titled “Risk Management: The Chess Game♟️ of Business,” delivered by Valentin Mazareanu, a professor at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași, Managing Partner at Creativ IQ, and Group Compliance Expert at CREATEQ.
During the presentation🖥, an essential domain for any manager/business owner eager to build a strong and resilient business was explored. From unexpected threats to unexploited opportunities, we navigated the complexity of risk and discovered the essential tools and strategies to keep the business on a successful course.
Through the presented techniques, ways to transform uncertainty into an advantage by intelligently managing risks were uncovered. The topic was primarily presented from the perspective of risk management, but aspects related to ESG and crisis management were also addressed.
Symbolically, on June 24, the International Day of the Romanian Blouse, a cultural heritage of Moldova and Romania, FIA brought together representatives from both countries.
