On 28 September, public hearings were held, organized by the Committee on Economy, Budget and Finance, on “The functioning of the new amendments to the Law no.231/2010 on domestic trade and supplier-trader relationship”.
Among the participants in the discussions were manufacturers, suppliers, representatives of the largest retail networks, business associations, as well as Veronica Arpintin, MDED State Secretary, Dumitru Pîntea, Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Organisation and Alexei Gherțescu, President of the Competition Council.
Following the presentation of the topics of interest for each stakeholder, CEB President Radu Marian mentioned that a report will be drawn up on the priority topics and the conclusions of the meeting.
