On July 29, FIA Executive Director participated at public hearing on amending the Law 209/2016 on waste, and in particular the article 17, which allow the incineration and co-incineration of waste.
During the meeting, the business associations’ representatives jointly with the relevant ministry and the ecologists have presented a series of suggestions for amendments to the above mentioned law, debated within the platform, proposing the final version of it to the deputies for adoption.
