Public consultation meeting on the draft of the new State Aid Law, developed by the Competition Council, was held under the aegis of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization.
The meeting aimed to present the main amendments proposed by the new legislative draft and to discuss their potential impact on economic activity. During the consultations, participants addressed issues related to the general framework of state aid, notification and authorization procedures, as well as potential risks and challenges for the business environment arising from the new provisions.
