The Committee on National Security, Defense and Public Order held public consultations on the draft Law on the Intelligence and Security Service (ISS) of the Republic of Moldova, No.420 of 17.11.2022, in particular the rules in the articles establishing the powers of the ISS and the Director of the ISS, on 10 April.
The meeting was attended by experts from FIA member companies and the Executive Director, Ms Ana Groza.
